Born in Thua Thien – Hue province, at the age of 14, He began collecting war scraps to earn a living.
He loved collecting war-related items. He traveled to many provinces to purchase war keepsakes.
More than 200 items, mostly the US military, are displayed in He Café,
which is called the miniature "Museum of War Remnants". Through the hands of the young artist, many items have become furniture.

He said some teachers wanted to take their students to this café as a way to teach history. With the message "Love ... not war!", this is not only a familiar address for Hue people but tourists as well.
