VSIP JSC bags Best Sustainable Developer title at Vietnam Property Awards 2020

VSIP JSC took home Best Sustainable Developer, which is one of the most notable awards at Vietnam Property Awards 2020

At the Vietnam Property Awards 2020 ceremony, VSIP JSC was honoured not only with the title of Best Sustainable Developer but also two Special Recognition awards, namely Special Recognition in Sustainable Construction and Special Recognition in ESG.

Many projects developed by VSIP JSC’s subsidiaries were among the top nominees and finalists of several award categories.

VSIP JSC was granted two Special Recognition awards

VSIP Bac Ninh Co., Ltd., with its new product High-Rise RBF won Best Residential Green Development. This is the third award granted for this project.

At the Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2020 gala event in July 2020, the project was honoured Best Green Industrial Building and Best Sustainable Commercial Development. Also, the project also received a preliminary EDGE certificate from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and SGS Vietnam, creating a competitive edge against other investors.

Meanwhile, VSIP Hai Phong Co., Ltd. won the Best Housing Development (Northern Vietnam) title for its BelHomes Urban Area. This project was also nominated in the Best Master Plan Design category.
