Spanning 512.2 hectares, the Lang Van venture is one of the largest of its kind in the central region. It marks the next step on a journey to create a coastal urban area with a harmonious blend of people, nature, and technology.

The highlight of the complex is its unique location, backed by mountains and facing the sea. It is the ideal destination to create a high-end resort space and a unique living experience in the middle of the mountains and rivers of the central region.

Additionally, the complex is only a 20-minute drive from the city's downtown, with easy access to Danang International Airport, as well as tourist destinations in the region like Son Tra Peninsula, Hoi An, and Hue.

Lang Van has been designed as an international-standard "resort city" with low-density accommodation. It will feature a wide range of amenities, including hotels, resorts, villas, apartments, theme parks, dining, shopping, education, and healthcare.

Once operational, Lang Van is expected to become a luxurious and attractive resort destination in the central region, as well as a high-end residence for new-generation citizens.

Le Trung Chinh, Chairman of Danang People’s Committee, said, "The complex is expected to open up new employment opportunities, improve the livelihoods of locals, attract tourists, and elevate the Danang tourism brand on the international map. The initiative is a crucial part of the urban development strategy in the Northwest, a potential area that requires a strategic boost."

The first components of the Lang Van tourism and resort complex are scheduled to be completed and put into operation by 2027.
