Vietnam Medi-Pharm Expo 2019 opens in Hanoi

The 26th International Medical, Hospital and Pharmaceutical Exhibition (Vietnam Medi-Pharm Expo 2019) is taking place in Hanoi on December 5-7, 2019, attracting 180 businesses from the US, Japan, Russia, and South Korea, among others.

Vietnam Medi-Pharm Expo 2019 features 220 booths displaying a diverse range of pharmaceutical, herbal, functional food, and packaging products, as well as hospital and MICE services, and cosmetics, dentistry, and medical equipment on the area of 7,500 square metres.

Especially, the event lured in leading domestic and international players from the industry. Domestically, they include Abipha, B.Pure Vietnam, Attivo, and Avanta Diagnostics. International firms include Tanita, Apexel, Katecare, Bio Health Doctor, Sole Pharma, Meditek, Masenz, Mexpo, and Borimed.

This time, Vietnam Medi-Pharm Expo 2019 welcomed the first participation of Indonesian firms.

During the four-day event, a number of activities such as seminars and conferences, and business matching will be organised.

Vietnam’s healthcare market is now a magnet to multinational corporations. Looking forward, the market is expected to become even more attractive when the landmark Vietnam-EU Free Trade Agreement comes into effect.
