Venezuela wins Miss International 2010

Miss Venezuela Elizabeth Mosquera has been crowned as Miss International 2010 at the Sichuan Province Gymnasium in China.

     

The 19-year-old is studying civil engineering at the University of Zulia. She stands 177 cm (5'9.5') and her measurements are 89-58-89.

Mosquera, is a native of Zulia state in Venezuela. She was crowned Miss Venezuela International 2009 on September 24, 2009, during the Miss Venezuela 2009 pageant, when she represented Trujillo state.

Miss International 2010 1st runner up goes to Miss Thailand Piyaporn Deejing while Miss China Si Yi Yuan is Miss International 2010 2nd runner up.

Sixty-eight contestants competed for the Miss International title, the highest number in the pageant's 50 year history. (Latin American Herald Tribune, Chinadaily)
