Toong Nguyen Binh Khiem Saigon is the first professional work environment to be integrated in a next-gen hotel

Replacing the traditional business centre inside a hotel, Toong Nguyen Binh Khiem Saigon is inspired by the street, designed in a way that harmonises the shared working space and private studios. Individual customers can come to work 24/7. Enterprises can book long-term serviced offices in order to enjoy the unique design, become part of a community of bold and earnest individuals, and participate in thoughtfully curated art and cultural events.

Accompanying Toong Nguyen Binh Khiem Saigon are Kajima Corporation – one of the oldest and largest construction companies in Japan, and core management partner Indochina Vanguard.

This joint venture plans to develop into a network of 20 locations across Indochina (Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia).

Toong Nguyen Binh Khiem Saigon is inspired by the streets, bringing the vitality of urban transformation into the work environment of contemporary citizens.

Toong is the first co-working space chain in Vietnam with a modern and high-quality work environment for individuals as well as small- and medium-sized enterprises.

After six years of operations, Toong has opened 19 outlets in major cities of Vietnam including Hanoi, Danang, Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh City, as well as Vientiane and Phnom Penh.

The expansion has come shortly after Toong received investment capital from Open Asia and Indochina Capital and became a strategic partner of one of Asia’s largest real estate groups, CapitaLand.

In addition, Toong has created strategic partnerships with prestigious brands such as United Overseas Bank (UOB) and IE Singapore (International Enterprise Singapore) with the aim of building an effective platform for enterprises in Southeast Asia.
