GreenWorks's factory is one of the tenants in Sao Do Group's Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park |
Sao Do Group was founded in 2002. Through 20 years of development, the group has become a multi-industry corporation with four member companies and affiliated companies, focusing on real estate, construction, building materials, petroleum, and logistics.
With years of experience and flexibility to adapt to the market changes, Sao Do Group has successfully implemented a series of projects, such as the Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park.
Covering an area of 1,329 ha, Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park was launched in 2009 in Dinh Vu-Cat Hai Economic Zone, which brings about not only great advantages like tax incentives but also adds value to partners with complete infrastructure, logistics, and customs services.
Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park directly connects to Haiphong and Hanoi. One can easily reach Quang Ninh province and the border with China via Bach Dang bridge and the Haiphong-Mong Cai expressway. This is also the only industrial park with an international seaport in the area, the Nam Dinh Vu port.
The port ensures the synchronous design of seven container berths and three liquid cargo berths located at the mouth of Bach Dang River. This is the closest gateway to the sea compared to other ports in Haiphong.
Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park was designed with modern facilities |
In 2009, Sao Do Group started to build Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park when the area was just a deserted and mangrove alluvial plain.
General Director of Sao Do Group, Nguyen Thanh Phuong, said that the project was huge and risky, and less attractive to investors. Sao Do Group realised that sea-heading projects would be an undeniable trend. The investment for land reclamation would not damage social security as there is no agricultural and urban land used. Therefore, sustainable development factors were ensured.
The Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park includes four subdivisions that complement each other, forming a complete and convenient investment and business environment.
Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park has been trusted by many experts and investors as an ideal place to invest and develop industries, seaport logistics, and services.
Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park – an enticing destination for investors |
Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park has attracted 44 projects with investors from Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore bringing a total capital of more than $300 million. The occupancy rate reached 90 per cent.
In the first quarter of 2022, two big investors started their construction projects, the PBAT Biodegradable Plastic Factory of An Phat Holdings Group and GreenWorks’s manufacturing project of battery-powered and electric tools for individual consumers and gardening professionals.
Currently, Sao Do Group accelerates the levelling and investing in the infrastructure of the second phase of the industrial park.
In addition to a synchronous and modern infrastructure, Sao Do Group also implements policies such as discount infrastructure management service fees and one-stop support for investors throughout all stages.
