Ming Restaurant offers savvy gastronomers flavourful new menu

For the summer season, Ming Restaurant at the Sofitel Plaza Hanoi has launched a new menu.

Chef Kent is proud to release his flavourful 30 new dishes, all with fresh seasonal ingredients. His fusion cuisine aims to delight customers with an ultimate dining experience.

The new menu is the perfect mix of modernity and culture, but also has a hint tradition, with a large selection of vegetables and vegetarian dishes.

Some of his signature dishes that should not be missed are the sautéed fish maw with caviar, double boiled black chicken with conpoy, oriental lamb chops with a Mongolian sauce, cold fresh kale with wasabi deep-fried prawn and fresh fruit.
