Green iP-1 commits to providing the most efficient support to all investors |
Green iP-1, covering almost 590 hectares in Diem Dien town of Thai Thuy district in the northern province of Thai Binh has been developed by Green I-Park JSC. The park was selected as a key pioneer project in Thai Binh Economic Zone thanks to its full convergence of advantages that meet the strictest requirements of investors.

In addition to two megavolt amperes substations and 22KV transmission lines connecting to the factory site, the complex also boasts a water treatment plant with a capacity of 25,000 cubic metres per day and a wastewater treatment station at capacity of 15,000 cu.m per day, as well as a system of internal roads and trees. With a view to building a prosperous and complete township, the developers have also taken steps to complete the 135-ha housing area for workers.
After more than two years of construction, Green iP-1 has attracted seven projects, with a total value of $721 million. The funding has brought Thai Binh to a good standing on the list of attractions, ranking ninth out of all cities and provinces nationwide in terms of foreign direct investment. Several projects have started construction, while three factories have been put into operation – Ohsung Vina Thai Binh, Lotes Thai Thuy Vietnam, and KoreaSMT.

“True to its name, Green iP-1 is a green and modern industrial park. It prioritises high-tech industries using green and clean technologies such as electronics, refrigeration, home appliances, automobiles, electric vehicles, precision mechanics, and supporting industries,” said Bui The Long, general director of Green I-Park JSC.
“Green iP-1 is dedicated to supporting investment procedures free of charge, and creating the best conditions for tenants. The park is striving to attract at least $4 billion in investment capital and create jobs for 50,000 workers, which will make a significant contribution to the local state budget,” Long added.
