October 20 marked privately-held TMS Group’s official launching of the premier TMS Luxury Hotel Danang Beach on My Khe Beach in the central city of Danang, marking an important milestone in the developer’s journey to become a leading and prestigious real estate developer.

The event attracted more than 300 guests, including leaders of central and local agencies, representatives of domestic and foreign enterprises, as well as famous local stars from across the fields of art and literature, culture, and sports such as Mrs Worldwide 2018 Duong Thuy Linh, Miss Vietnam 2014’s first runner-up Huyen My, and business partners from the US, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

According to leaders of TMS Group, TMS Luxury Hotel Danang Beach is the group’s first resort hotel project to be completed and put into operation, creating a cornerstone in their journey to grow into a leading real estate developer in Vietnam.

Also part of the hotel launching event, TMS Group held the Golf Tournament 2018 with the participation of more than 200 golfers with the total award value touching VND10 billion ($434,780).

Talking about the journey of realising the TMS Luxury Hotel Danang Beach project, Nguyen Ba Luan, chairman of TMS Group, recalled that he first arrived to Danang and quickly arrived to the decision of buying the land to build the hotel.

“I did not much care about how expensive it is, as our ultimate goal is to create a project that can make a difference. It took five months to complete the application process and then construction kicked-off with the participation of more than 500 technicians and workers working in three shifts. The developer hopes to play a part in Danang city’s tourism industry development and making Danang more and more popular among domestic and international visitors,” he said.

On the occasion of the launch, TMS Groups offered very attractive sales promotions to customers who successfully bought apartments at the project.

Particularly, the customers who paid up to 95 per cent of the contract value will immediately receive the committed profits in the first three years of leasing, equal to 25 per cent of the leasing value.

The programme will be running until December 31, 2018.
