HICON scores three industrial projects in single month

KTG's Industrial and Logistics Centre Bac Ninh have officially begun construction

The first project is KTG Industrial and Logistics Centre Bac Ninh with the total area of 46,600 square metres in Yen Phong Industrial Zone, the northern province of Bac Ninh.

The other project is the 17,800sq.m KTG Industrial and Logistics Center Hung Yen in Pho Noi A Industrial Zone, in the northern province of Hung Yen. The ground-breaking ceremony was attended by representatives of KTG Group, HICON JSC (the general contractor in charge of design and construction), Industrial Management Board, and other partners.

Since these two projects have been kicked off, HICON JSC has promptly prepared for the execution of the projects and committed to complete and hand them over within seven months.

Over the past few months, HICON has also successfully kicked off the textile factory project of Gunzetal (Vietnam) Limited. Gunzetal is a reputable brand with 58 years of history in the textile and garment industry, with factories located in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Vietnam, among others.

HICON was honoured to become the general contractor of this project that has the total area of 40,000sq.m at VSIP II-A Industrial Zone, southern Binh Duong province.

Consecutively winning three projects in a single month is great encouragement for all HICON staff. Now, the board of managers and employees are focusing on the implementation of these projects to ensure quality and construction timeline committed to the investors.

Besides, the company have performed nine other projects, such as CJ Cau Tre Food Processing Factory, Neovia Feed Mill, Autotech Machinery factory, and Danang Chic-Land Hotel, among others.

Throughout eight years of establishment and development, HICON has gradually gained prestige and confirmed its position as a leading general contractor by handing over a series of high-quality projects.
