Specifically, the GenClaims application allows customers to submit claims in five minutes without visiting the company’s customer service centers.
Once the claim requests are lodged, customers will receive a response from the insurer within 30 minutes. In most cases, insurance claim requests would be accepted and paid within a day.
In particular, thanks to GenClaims, customers can receive payment for their claims within 24 hours if there were no claims recorded in the system within the past six months and the claim does not exceed VND5 million ($219), and the policy or benefit coverage was effective for over two years without any overdue premium payment.

Tina Nguyen, CEO of Generali Vietnam, said: “Over the last six months, we (Generali Vietnam) have been receiving valuable feedbacks from loyal customers thanks to the launch of a customer satisfaction survey system called GENPS, allowing the company to cater the most hassle-free customer experience.”
The first customer using the app, noted that, “It (GenClaims application) operates smoothly and I received payment from the company within 20 minutes after sending evidence and relevant documents. It (GenClaims) helped me save valuable time and gave me a sense of security, especially as my claim was approved in such a short amount of time.”
