Along with Generali’s preeminent and ever-improving products and services, the opening of the plaza is a strong testament to the company’s relentless efforts in enhancing customer experience.
According to Generali Vietnam’s CEO Tina Nguyen the opening of Generali Plaza is an important milestone reaffirming the group’s long-term commitment in Vietnam, one of the group’s key markets in Asia.
“In Italy, a plaza is the beating heart of every town, the breath of every Italian’s daily life. It is therefore our hope that Generali Plaza will be more than just a place to work, where every staff member and agent can contribute to their fullest potential,” Nguyen said. “I believe it will help us nurture a happy workforce that can further spread happiness to all Generali Vietnam’s customers and the wider community.”
Generali Plaza will be a centralised office for all staff in Ho Chi Minh City, which enhances engagement and collaboration of people across all functions. The main working area is kitted out with modern equipment and ample shared amenities. Brainstorming and collaboration spaces are scattered around and equipped with interactive screens, smart Wi-Fi, and online meeting technologies.
AI-powered facial recognition, emotion detection, and body temperature scanning technologies have also been provided, helping improve workplace safety, security, and operational effectiveness. Generali Vietnam places importance on work-life balance via complimentary amenities for staff such as a modern gym, a coffee lounge, and various break-out areas within its premises.
In addition, in line with Generali’s commitment to sustainable development globally as well as in Vietnam, the plaza features eco-friendly design with a green outdoor and indoor architecture that optimises natural lighting, as well as water- and energy-efficient building management.
