The Hong Hac Dai Lai Joint Stock Company last week held the event named “Flamingo Exclusive Resident” in order to give warmest thanks to its customers. Nguyen Thi Hanh, general director of Hong Hac Dai Lai, said 2012 was an outstanding year for the company.
“2012 is a remarkable year for us because we put into operation a range of parts of the project, such as a system of 26 villas in Lakeview and Hilltop sub-project, the Flamingo Conference, Flamingo Spa, villas in Thien Hac, Anh Vu and Hoang Yen sub-projects, underwater training centre, out-door event centre and many others,” Hanh said.
She said the company’s revenue reached the growth rate of 27.5 per cent in real estate and 100 per cent in services in 2012, compared to 2011.
“The difficulty of the economy leads to the downturn of real estate, tourism and services sector made Flamingo Dai Lai Resort suffer from many challenges,” Hanh said.
“However we still gained outstanding success in 2012, especially Flamingo Villa 6 has become one of the most favourite real estate products in the market,” Hanh said.
The past year also saw H&K Hospitality – one of the most prestige brand names in hospitality and resort industry—become the operator for Flamingo Dai Lai Resort.
Also in 2012, Flamingo Dai Lai Resort was awarded with domestic and international architecture awards such as Green Architecture, FuturArc Prize and Good Design Award.
Last week Hong Hac Dai Lai opened for sale its newest project named “Flamingo Villa 8” – the most luxurious villas of the project.
The first 10 Flamingo Villas 8 will be sold in total from VND60 to 150 billion ($2.8 to $7.1 million).
Apart from owning forever their villas and surrounding areas from 1,200 to 2,500 square metres, Flamingo Villas 8 owners will share a private forest, beach and marina.
The resort is enhanced by the tourist development focus of Dai Lai lake, which was invested with VND500 billion ($23.8 million) for infrastructure and landscape upgrading by the local authorities.
So far Flamingo Dai Lai Resort has 28 villas in operation, with the rental of VND9 million ($428) a villa per night.
