Fansipan Mount and Hoang Lien National Park blanketed in icy cold snow

On December 19, the “Roof of Indochina,” Fansipan Mountain was reported to have the lowest temperature since the beginning of the wintertime, approximately 0 degrees Celsius at the summit, with snow cover reaching all the way down to coat Hoang Lien National Park.

The representative of Fansipan Legend, the operator of the cable car system, said the heavy ice grip was formed overnight without any signs of melting despite the sunrise.
