CapitaLand Limited and its joint developer Thien Duc Trading Construction Company Limited  introduced Feliz en Vista, a residential project in the heart of District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City on October 4.

Located in Thanh My Loi Ward, Feliz en Vista is the eighth residential project under CapitaLand’s name in Vietnam with 873 residential units across three towers and one serviced residence tower. The serviced residence will be managed by CapitaLand’s wholly-owned serviced residence arm, The Ascott Limited, under its Somerset brand.

Feliz en Vista is just five minutes from retail and entertainment options like Vincom Megamall, Metro Hypermart, and Lotte Cinema as well as amenities like Riverside Park and ACG International School. The property also enjoys excellent connectivity via the Thu Thiem tunnel, and the bridges of Thu Thiem, Saigon, and Phu My.

Chen Lian Pang, CEO of CapitaLand Vietnam, said that even considering the success of high-end residential projects in Vietnam, such as The Vista, Mulberry Lane, Seasons Avenue, and Vista Verde, Feliz en Vista is CapitaLand’s finest project in District 2 so far.

“This new project marks an important milestone for CapitaLand Vietnam, as we have garnered significant expertise in building international-standard projects and have built a solid reputation in Vietnam. We target to complete and handover the project to homebuyers by the end of 2019, according to previous schedule,” Pang said.

Feliz en Vista is also CapitaLand’s first project to be awarded the Green Mark Gold certification by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore for its nature-oriented design.

In addition, it is conveniently located within a prosperous Feng Shui constellation, as consulted by internationally renowned Feng Shui Master, Dato’ Joey Yap.
