The Reverie Saigon introduces Sunday Brunch at its Café Cardinal starting this November. 

Café Cardinal presents an unprecedented experience for gastronomist in Ho Chi Minh City, raising the bar for Sunday Brunch with authentic French delicacies complemented by a distinct list of champagnes and sparkling wines to match.

For VND 988,000++ per person, the Sunday Brunch includes coffee, tea, and one glass of Henkell Trocken Kardinal sparkling wine. For starters, savor a wide selection of fresh seafood, imported cold cuts, healthy salads and delicious chilled dishes from its buffet counters.

Breakfast fanatics take your pick from traditional offerings of free-range eggs cooked your style, fresh baked pastries, eggs Benedict, and much more. While from the show kitchen comes main courses of French gourmet delicacies featuring fresh seafood, imported US beef, and slow-cooked lamb shoulder served hot at the carving station.

Those looking to enjoy regional flavors can pick from a selection of Vietnamese and Asian recipes including seafood fried rice, chicken curry, fried beef kway teaw, and local specialties bun bo Hue, bo kho, and Vietnamese rice noodle soup.

In addition you should indulge your sweet tooth with an array of Belgium chocolates, macaroons, or go all-in at the chocolate fountain complete with fresh fruits, pastries, and heavenly French cheeses for fondueing.

Throughout the Sunday Brunch, Café Cardinal also presents specially priced bottles of premium Champagnes and sparkling wines including Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial, Moet & Chandon Dom Perignon, Louis Roederer Cristal, Krug Brut, Bellavista Alma Chardonnay.
The Café Cardinal brunch is hosted every Sunday from 11.30am to 2.30pm with seating inside the restaurant and on the swimming pool terrace overlooking Nguyen Hue Boulevard.
