Emeralda Resort Ninh Binh has won the first prize in the Golden Spoon cooking contest for the Red River Delta region. The resort’s cooking team has become one of the representatives from the north to join the national competition, competing with talented chefs from other regions of the country.

Inspired by the rural culinary specialties of the north, chef Phi and his team blend authentic tastes with unique creations to bring a feast of Ninh Binh’s delicacies, namely goat meat, paddy carp soup, and bamboo eel.
