UMA changes its brand name to BAYA from June 1

After 12 years of development, UMA changed its brand name to BAYA starting June 1, continuing its mission to “Turn your house into a home”. The change will not impact on any of the company's current policies.

Changing the name from UMA to BAYA will not affect the company’s current warranty policy or terms and conditions associated with purchasing and delivery

Introduced in 2016 by Anh Nguyen Service and Trading Production Co., Ltd. as a modern furniture and decoration shopping model, UMA quickly became a leading brand, accompanying thousands of households in Vietnam with the vision to “Turn your house into a home”.

After 12 years of operation, this year is the time for the company to turn a new page in its development journey, strengthening its vision and values to be better than ever. The company has chose the new name BAYA to continue pampering each and every house, to provide them with loving homes with continuously improving products, as well as customer services.

Its new brand name is inspired by the baya weaver, a weaverbird hailed as “the king of nest building” that constructs elaborate nests to attract their partner with whom they continue to complete their nests after mating. A baya weaver can make up to 500 trips to complete a nest, using a variety of plant materials.

Reflecting on the story of baya weavers building their intricate nests, UMA – now BAYA – always desires to bring cutomers a wide range of sophisicated funitire products and services.
