La Habana is the latest instalment to Hua Hin's thriving property scene

The 2.37-acre project is developed by real estate firm Sansiri in the heart of Hua Hin, the rising investment hub and beachside city that is only 200km away from Bangkok. La Habana includes three eight-storey residential buildings and one residential building with two storeys. The total number of units on offer is 652.

True to its name, La Habana features extravagant Spanish décor, which is common in Havana, the capital city of Cuba. Vintage, energetic, colourful, and rustic architecture adorns the property, turning it into a European oasis in the middle of Hua Hin.

The exterior of La Habana also reflects the lively Spanish style, as evident in its cafés, landmarks, gardens, and pools. According to Sansiri, visitors and residents will feel like they have been transported to the eclectic Havana city upon setting foot into La Habana.

The energy of Spanish Colonial architecture oozes out of this resort-like residence, which draws its design inspiration from Cuba’s fascinating colonial past,” said Sansiri about the idea behind La Habana’s décor.

The property targets buyers who want a Hua Hin property for their holiday home. This is in line with Hua Hin’s rising appeal as the weekend getaway spot for Bangkok residents and expats, as the seaside city is well-connected to Bangkok and Pattaya via highway roads, trains, and ferry. The city is home to diverse entertainment options for visitors of all ages and interests, from sports, nature, and cuisine to arts, history, and shopping.

La Habana boasts a wide range of facilities: two swimming pools spanning a total area of 1,000sq.m with poolside cabanas, jacuzzi, a common area of 4,000sq.m, a garden, a fitness room, and a playground. Laundry and wireless Internet are also available.

Another draw of La Habana is its prime location for relaxation, shopping, entertainment, and travel as the property is right next to Cicada and Tamarind Market, two of Hua Hin’s top tourist attractions.

La Habana is also only 250 metres away from the world-famous beach of Hua Hin and conveniently surrounded by lifestyle facilities, including five-star hotels (Intercontinental, Marriot, Hyatt Regency), Bluport shopping mall, and Market Village. Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin and the Hua Hin train station are also nearby.

According to Sansiri, the apartments are fully finished and ready to rent out, with digital door locks that can generate a one-time key card.

La Habana has four room types, whose unit area ranges from 25 to over 98sq.m. The property is expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The launching event for La Habana will be held on April 20 at Denzell Lounge, located on the 12th floor of Saigon Centre, 87 Le Loi Street, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Those interested should contact Denzell or Sansiri to make a reservation.
