SHS wins double workplace honours for second straight year

Saigon – Hanoi Securities JSC (SHS) was recognised in the 'Best Companies to Work for in Asia' and 'Most Caring Company' categories at a ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City on August 14. Competing against nearly 700 companies in Vietnam, SHS surpassed the industry average in the evaluation by HR Asia, a top regional human resources (HR) publication, which measures workplace excellence across major Asian markets.

Participants included Fortune 500 firms and multinational corporations, with the awards held in 15 locations such as China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Singapore, Taiwan, the UAE, and Vietnam. Winners were chosen through a rigorous selection process combining employee surveys and independent research by HR Asia.

This year's theme, ‘Multi-Generation Synergy’, recognises organisations that excel in connecting and leveraging the strengths of a multi-generational workforce.
