Participants included Fortune 500 firms and multinational corporations, with the awards held in 15 locations such as China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Singapore, Taiwan, the UAE, and Vietnam. Winners were chosen through a rigorous selection process combining employee surveys and independent research by HR Asia.
This year's theme, ‘Multi-Generation Synergy’, recognises organisations that excel in connecting and leveraging the strengths of a multi-generational workforce.
