SCB’s blood donation day
Standard Chartered Bank (Vietnam) Ltd. organised a Blood Donation Day on August 5 for all of its employees.
This event, which is one of the bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, was arranged to give its workforce an opportunity to contribute to the local community.
This year, the Blood Donation day took place on the ground floor of the bank’s premises in Ho Chi Minh City. A similar event will be organised in Hanoi at the end of August.
This is the second time that Standard Chartered Bank (Vietnam) Ltd. has organised a Blood Donation day.
This event is organised in parallel with other CSR initiatives undertaken by the Standard Chartered Bank (Vietnam) Ltd, including “Living with HIV/AIDS”, “Seeing is Believing” and “Green Your Flight”.
