TCP Vietnam collaborated with Hoang Anh Gia Lai Football Club (HAGL FC), to organise the finals of the young talent recruitment tournament.

Through the event, the young gifted footballers got the chance to show off their talent and passion, approach professional vocations, unleash positivity, and ignite their inner strength.
The tournament is among the efforts of the long-term growth commitment of TCP Group in Vietnam.
The finals were conducted on June 26 at the Seventh Military Region Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City, drawing over 5,000 fans.

The love of football, the great atmosphere, and the fearlessness of talents spread positivity throughout the community. This is also TCP Group's purpose, which is to energise everyone to boldly and happily conquer all obstacles, making a better world for all."
In the finals, 20 chosen talents from the local qualifiers took part in a 20m speed test and high jump. They then competed against one another and faced off against the HAGL U17 team on the 11-a-side soccer field.
After the intense competition, the top five winners have been revealed: Phan Huu Duy (2005 – Ha Tinh province), Tran Minh Quang (2006 – Gia Lai province), Le Hong Thuy (2005 – Lam Dong province), Drong Phu Thien Phuoc (2006 – Lam Dong province), and Tran Thanh Son (2006 – Binh Duong province).
The winners shall participate in a 4-month training programme compatible with their age range, hosted by HAGL FC’s youth team in Gia Lai province.
All living and training expenses are covered by HAGL FC, in alignment with the club’s standards. During these four months, the young talents shall receive a football scholarship worth VND20 million ($860) per individual from Red Bull, and the chance to appear in the brand’s video along with the popular football player Quang Nho.
After the training period, these young talents are presented with an opportunity to sign the official contract with HAGL FC.

Red Bull, a brand of TCP Vietnam, has partnered with HAGL FC to organise the young talent recruitment tournament, giving young football talents and enthusiasts an opportunity to be a part of the professional training programme.
The event began in March 2021, yet was delayed to May due to COVID-19. The tournament then resumed and attracted over 10,000 contestants and spectators.

I had the opportunity to interact with and get to know many exceptional young people with admirable positive energy from the qualifier to today's finals. I want to express my gratitude to TCP Vietnam, Red Bull, and HAGL FC for providing youngsters like me with the fantastic opportunity to pursue a career in professional football.”
