According to Tina Nguyen, Generali Vietnam CEO, the opening of Generali Plaza is an important milestone reaffirming Generali’s long-term commitment in Vietnam, one of the group’s key markets in Asia.
“The word 'plaza' is written and pronounced the same in Vietnamese, English, and Italian, meaning an open public area, a group of buildings, and community space. In Italy, a plaza is the beating heart of every Italian town, the centre of every Italian’s daily life,” said Tina Nguyen.
“It is, therefore, our hope that Generali Plaza will be more than just a place to work, where every Generali Vietnam staff and agent can live and contribute their fullest potential, with great passion and enthusiasm, following Generali’s distinctive SOHI mantra for Lifetime Partners, including Simplification, Ownership, Human Touch, and Innovation. I believe this will help us nurture a happy workforce that can further spread happiness to all of Generali Vietnam’s customers and the community,” she noted.
