Generali Vietnam was proud to be named in the top 10 Vietnamese companies with a happy workforce |
The selection of the top 10 representative companies with a happy workforce was based on the results of the Happiness at Work survey, independently conducted by human resources and work environment consulting firm Anphabe JSC.
The survey assessed employees’ satisfaction with their companies based on six criteria: company reputation, corporate culture and environment, leadership and management, total rewards, growth opportunity, and work-life quality.
Anphabe conducted the annual Vietnam Best Places to Work survey with over 70,000 employees at more than 700 companies from 20 different industries across Vietnam.
