Vietnam Property Awards (VPA) is a part of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards which includes a wide range of prizes under the monitoring of the world's fifth-largest auditing company, BDO. For its fifth edition in Vietnam, VPA has attracted the participation of various leading and emerging businesses in the real estate market, creating the most dynamic playground for the Vietnamese real estate sector.

The VPA’s official ceremony took place on August 23 to honour the best investors selected from a pool of more than 20 developers from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Halong Bay, Cam Ranh, and top projects in 52 competition and special categories.
