DKSH Vietnam donated medical supplies for the COVID-19 battle in Ho Chi Minh City |
The medical supplies include high-end rebreathers, testing machines, masks, and sickbeds, among others.
Jorge Martin-Martinez, head of country management at DKSH Vietnam, said that amid the so-far worse outbreak in Ho Chi Minh City, the company donated medical supplies for the city to serve the prevention and fight against the pandemic, hoping that the health crisis will soon be stamped out.
Bui Ta Hoang Vu, director of the municipal Department of Industry and Trade highly appreciated the company’s support, saying that the donation will add favourable conditions to better the treatment for the locals.
This donation is part of the company’s commitment to further support frontline healthcare professionals and patients with cash, essential medical supplies, and protective measures, totalling $1 million by the end of 2021.
