Over the years, CLD has consistently implemented environmentally conscious designs, using low-impact construction materials and installing energy- and waste-efficient systems for its developments.
To date, nine of CLD’s projects in Vietnam have received green certifications, including Feliz en Vista, d’Edge Thao Dien, and Vista Verde in Ho Chi Minh City, as well as Mulberry Lane and Seasons Avenue in Hanoi.
Among them, Heritage West Lake in Hanoi, De La Sol and DEFINE in Ho Chi Minh City are set to be green-certified by Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority, while SYCAMORE in Binh Duong New City has just received the EDGE Preliminary Certificate.
Lumi Hanoi, won three PropertyGuru awards in the design and development categories for its distinctive design, lush greenery, and comprehensive facilities that cater to the needs and aspirations of discerning homebuyers.
The development is designed by renowned French architect Jean-François Milou of Studio Milou, who is also behind the designs of multiple award-winning projects such as the National Gallery of Singapore and National Theatre Centre in Saint-Étienne, France. Recently, Studio Milou ranked first in the architectural design contest for the Ho Chi Minh City Opera House in Thu Thiem, Thu Duc city. Lumi Hanoi is Jean-François Milou’s first residential project in Vietnam.
Inspired by the French word 'lumière, meaning 'light', Lumi Hanoi has been conceptualised to embody the radiance and warmth of the sun, the source of all life and a symbol of positivity.
This concept underpins the different parts that make up the project – a sustainable community that harmonises the wellbeing of its residents, the beauty of nature, and the power of technology to become a beacon for Hanoi’s bright future.
The façades of Lumi Hanoi's towers are thoughtfully curated to provide visual delight, while the theme of the landscape is 'celestial elements'.
The project consists of about 4,000 units across nine towers that range from 29 to 35 storeys. The project will be developed in phases and will offer a wide selection of unit types, ranging from 42 square metres (sq.m) for a one-bedroom unit to 135 sq.m for a four-bedroom unit. There are also duplex units and penthouses ranging from 115 sq.m to 410 sq.m in size.
