CapitaLand Development presents keys to homeowners of DEFINE luxury residential project

The project is ready to be handed over to customers from February 2024. Homeowners will receive their three- and four-bedroom apartments in fully finished condition, while the penthouses will be handed over as a bare shell.

According to Wyeren Yap, general manager for South Vietnam at CLD (Vietnam), following CLD being honoured as the Best Developer at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2023, the company is delighted to embark on the handover of DEFINE apartments to their owners.

Situated in the heart of Thu Duc of Ho Chi Minh City, DEFINE has been co-developed by CLD and Thien Duc Trading Construction Co., Ltd.
