The seminar attracted more than 40 representatives from building management and invited diverse speakers from the Fire Prevention and Protection Magazine (Ministry of Public Security), My House Real Estate Management Service JSC, Saigon Vista Corporation (Savista) and Bosch Security Systems.
Nguyen Huu Thinh, sales representative of Bosch Security Systems’ Fire Alarm and Voice Evacuation Division, highlighted the challenges of fire detection, alarm and evacuation.
Thinh said buildings must apply the most advanced technologies of concealed detector, smoke detector with Dual-ray technology with the ability to distinguish smoke, steam, dust to rapidly make fire detection, as well as avoid false alarm.
For evacuation technology, new fire alarm equipment allows voice notification and monitoring status of system error in normal conditions.
“Human life is most important, hence, investing in high quality and reliable fire alarm equipment to ensure safety must be put at top priority,” Terence Ng, general manager of Bosch Security Systems of Vietnam and Cambodia commented.
The seminar was a useful platform for experts, instructors, club members and Doanh Chu’s students to gather and exchange knowledge and experience sharing of building management.
It has also proven a practical conference for related parties and individuals to better knowledge in the face of tall buildings and office development, as the management and operation of buildings and apartments are in critical need of technical, operational and legal issues improvement.
