The award was the result of branding creation and campaign work for “The new heart of Ho Chi Minh City, The Crescent project”, a partnership project between Red Brand Builders, Savills Vietnam and Phu My Hung Corporation.
The teams beat off stiff competition from around the region, but came out on top.
Red brand builders was tasked to position the waterfront, mixed-use retail, entertainment, residential and commercial space to appeal to increasingly prosperous and brand-savvy Vietnamese consumers, including development of the brand strategy, identity and all supporting advertising, signage, way-finding, digital and marketing collaterals.

Located next to The Crescent lake, within Phu My Hung township development in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, The Crescent project is intended to become the social heart of Phu My Hung’s new city centre and the first international standard multi-complex in the city with total investment of $200 million.
Upon completion in the third quarter of 2011, The Crescent will comprise of approximately 300 premium serviced apartments, 10,000 square metres of international standard office space, 22,000sqm of waterfront retail space and a regional shopping mall of 45,000sqm.
