The fashion brand’s debut in Hanoi stands ready to welcome Hanoian fashion subscribers in Vincom Center Ba Trieu after merely a month of announcing the launch.
Previously, several stores in Vincom Centre Ba Trieu have been relocated to make room for Zara’s flagship store.
In late September, Zara announced their opening in Hanoi without publicising the specific opening site.
In early September, 2016, Zara launched their first store in Vietnam, which shares a location with H&M’s first store in Vincom Dong Khoi in Ho Chi Minh City.
Zara is the affordable fashion brands with an enormous following from around the world due to their reasonable costs, practical and diverse clothing lines, and the ability to incorporate the latest fashion trends into seasonal collections.
The brand's new opening in Hanoi indicates a shared market approach following the footsteps of predecessors such as Mango and Topshop.
The competition among affordable brands penetrating the Vietnamese market has been heating up in recent years, cutting down the hassle of overseas delivery for Vietnamese customers.
Earlier, other affordable fashion brands such as Mango and Topshop also made their debut in Vietnam. At the moment there are four Mango Mega Stores and Topshop-Topman stores in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
