Venesia New Urban Area to charm buyers

The construction proved the developer's determination to make the project a reality

Le Xuan Than, vice chairman of Khanh Hoa province People’s Committee, said that the start of the Venesia project proved the determination of the investor - Ha Quang Land - to make the project a reality, especially as the real estate sector was having a tough time with the government’s credit tightening policies.

Than asked local authorities to give highest priority and solve all obstacles to create opportunities for the investor to complete the project on schedule.

Built on 152 hectares, the Venesia New Urban Area is located in an ideal position right at the heart of Nha Trang city, only one kilometre from the beach.

It is also close to many other main constructions such as the Nha Trang railway station, the newly built administrative centre of Nha Trang, as well as the upcoming Le Hong Phong park and 400 hectare Sport Complex.

According to investor, Venesia will offer more than 207,000 square metres of villas, 187,000sqm of townhouses and roughly 52,000sqm of social housing to the market.

It also includes a trading centre, international school and hospital, as well as a total public facility system of more than 234,000sqm.

The whole project will be home for around 33,000 residents.

At the ground-breaking ceremony, the Asia Pacific College          system was given a licence by the local authorities, to set up an international standard school in the project’s area.

Mario Lotti, director of the Venesia New Urban Area, said sustainable development and environment friendship were two of the leading qualifications for zoning and constructing Venesia. “That is why we zoned the area with more than 30 per cent devoted to green trees and water surface,” said Lotti.

Moreover, green technology will be used for the public lighting systems. “This will be a very interesting and attractive characteristic which we can offer to our customers,” Lotti said.

He added that the model house for townhouse would be built after the ground-breaking ceremony and garden villas would be built after nine months.

Located in Phuoc Hai ward, west of Nha Trang city, one of the unique characteristics of this project is that the developer has created a channel system for the area, creating a new environment and landscape for the residents. The channel system not only creates nice view and a beautiful landscape for the whole project, but offers an effective drainage system.

Ha Quang Land was established in 2001 with two strategic partners, Vietnam Sturgeon Joint Stock Company and PetroVietnam Finance Corporation.
