SLP Park Yen Phong provides strategic hub for high-tech industry and modern commerce

The modern multi-tenant logistics facility spans 70,000 square metres and is located in the Yen Phong I Industrial Park in Bac Ninh province

According to Edwin Chee, COO at SLP Vietnam, the demand for modern, strategically located facilities in Vietnam remains robust.

Completed in March, the park achieved the full occupancy of its second building within six months, contributing to an overall occupancy rate of 75 per cent.

This building is now leased to a diverse set of customers, including a top Japanese third-party logistics (3PL) company, a global supply chain management services provider, and one of South Korea's largest confectionery brands, as well as local manufacturers focusing on solar module solutions and film technologies.

This makes SLP Park Yen Phong an ideal logistics hub catering to a wide spectrum of manufacturing industries, export enterprises, air logistics service providers, and 3PLs that provide handling, storage, distribution, and value-added services in the high-tech industry.

Designed to high sustainability standards, the facility is LEED certified for its design and construction, which is a testament to SLP’s commitment to responsible building practices.

JUSDA, a global provider of logistics-related operations and solutions, has a longstanding partnership with GLP and leases from the company in multiple locations around the world.

The high sustainability standards, which align with JUSDA’s commitment to sustainable development, and the strategic location led to SLP being selected as JUSDA Vietnam's partner to establish its bonded warehouse that serves its electronic customers in the region.

This partnership has established a strong basis for potential future collaboration between these two enterprises in other SLP parks in Vietnam.

Since its establishment in 2020, SLP has become one of the leading providers of modern logistics real estate in Vietnam, with an investment portfolio of nine modern logistics facilities comprising nearly 1 million sq.m.
