In 2020, Novaland stepped into the third year of its second-phase business strategy. Apart from property projects such as The Grand Manhattan in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 1 and Eco-smart Aqua City in Bien Hoa city of the southern province of Dong Nai, the company has focused on planning, designing, and deploying many large-scale projects and creating attractive tourism destinations like NovaWorld Mekong in the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho, NovaWorld Ho Tram in the southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau, and NovaWorld Phan Thiet in the south-central province of Binh Thuan.

These projects are well-located, accessible, and directly connected to the 15 million residents of Ho Chi Minh City, in addition to being convenient for domestic and foreign tourists and will contribute to the national tourism development strategy. In order to create unique characteristics and competitive advantages over other attractive tourism destinations in the region and around the world, Novaland’s staff has put forth great efforts day and night to create more and more solutions.

One of our most notable projects is NovaWorld Phan Thiet – the “World’s Beach City for Wellness”. With a total investment capital of nearly $5 billion, the project includes hundreds of special facilities and amenities, such as a theme and a water park, a 7,000-seat indoor Arena Art performance centre, an exclusive 36-hole PGA golf course, a 3,500-seat ATP tennis facility, and a 42-km marathon track.

Moreover, the facilities include outlets for discounted goods, an evening amusement and cuisine centre, a 16-ha Bikini Beach sea park operated by the famous brand Finns Beach Club, Bali’s most beautiful and joyful sea club, prestigious hospitals, beauty salons, a training centre for nursing, tourism, and hospitality, an international village, a retirement village, and over 20 hotel resorts.

So as to ensure that NovaWorld Phan Thiet can be successful in the long-term, many international events will be held here, such as professional golf and tennis tournaments, Olympic sport competitions, surf events, beauty contests, fashion and music performance shows, and much more. Such events will occur frequently to create a dynamic and bustling atmosphere and turn NovaWorld Phan Thiet into an attractive and active destination and a model for Novaland’s other projects.

Together with the long-term mobilisation of financial resources, Novaland has been conducting mergers and acquisitions actively and effectively, ensuring stable financial sources with an aim of deploying the group’s second phase strategy.

Apart from creating the best workplace for our staff, Novaland has been actively taking part in corporate social responsibility activities and contributing millions of US dollars to carry out long-term charity programmes for years.

To support the fight against COVID-19, Novaland donated ambulances and specialised medical equipment, such as blood purification machines, ventilators, and negative pressure isolation rooms.
