Established in 1992 and formerly known as Thanh Nhon Trading Company Limited, NovaGroup has operated in the field of manufacturing and trading of veterinary and aquatic medicines as well as building villas for rent.

In 2007, the group restructured and consolidated its subsidiaries into Anova Corporation, operating in animal feed, farm, veterinary medicine, vaccines, and advancing towards establishing a value chain providing high-quality nutritious food; and Novaland Group, active in real estate with the mission of “creating community, building destinations, and cultivating happiness”.

In 2020, NovaGroup further restructured its strategy to become an economic group based on three pillars: Novaland Group, Nova Services Group, and Nova Consumer Group, operating in real estate, trade and services, and agriculture and consumer goods. With these pillars, NovaGroup has gradually perfected its ecosystem to serve customers and the community through a complete, high-quality value chain.

Novaland Group: The key player in the NovaGroup ecosystem. Besides developing residential real estate in downtown Ho Chi Minh City, Novaland also ventures into other types of real estate such as tourism township areas and satellite urban property.

Many projects developed by Novaland are gradually taking shape and leading the market trend, strongly affecting urban and tourism development, such as Aqua City Eco smart city in the east of Ho Chi Minh City in Dong Nai, NovaWorld Phan Thiet in Binh Thuan, and NovaWorld Ho Tram in Ba Ria-Vung Tau. In Binh Thuan province in particular, Novaland is coordinating with the Michael Dukakis Institute and international organisations to transform Phan Thiet city into the world’s leading destination for meetings, incentives, conferencing, exhibitions, and wellness tourism.

Nova Services Group: Focusing on the key areas of health, education, tourism, entertainment, and retail, with core member companies such as Nova Education Group, Nova Healthcare Group, Nova FnB, Nova Hospitality, and NovaDreams. Nova Services Group cooperates with strategic partners and world-famous brands.

Nova Consumer Group: Anova Corporation changed its name to Nova Consumer Group and leveraged the strengths of the NovaGroup ecosystem to develop consumer goods industries. It is expected to be listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange by the end of 2021.

At the same time, the group will invest in the food sector to continue perfecting its closed 3F supply chain to provide traceable, quality products. It aims to contribute to the industrialisation and modernisation of the agricultural sector, in line with the strategy being promoted by the government.

" The COVID-19 pandemic has turned the world upside down. It not only creates enormous challenges for the community, but also helps us realise the positive values in life.

Novagroup marked its 29th anniversary on September 18 in very unique circumstances. During social distancing, our employees have worked tirelessly day and night to speedily complete quarantine zones, field hospitals, and intensive care centres for COVID-19 patients, organised vaccinations, and helped with a zero-VND supermarket programme to bring food to the needy in quarantine and lockdown areas. Our people also prepare nutritious meals with love for frontline doctors and nurses, sparing no effort to spread love.

The pandemic shall pass, and everyone’s efforts will be rewarded and normal life will return. With that, NovaGroup looks forward to continuing its journey with the mission of improving lives and creating a prosperous, happy community. "
