315 Medical and HSBC, through its Hong Kong office, signed an MoU on August 2 to explore support for Vietnamese healthcare services.

The collaboration will leverage 315 Medical’s healthcare service capabilities in Vietnam, alongside HSBC’s ability to utilise Hong Kong’s economic connectivity and deep capital market. This MoU aims to bolster 315 Medical’s potential financing and capital-raising initiatives in the long term.

In addition, both parties will explore cooperation to enhance connectivity across the healthcare industry in Vietnam.

Commenting on the MoU, Luanne Lim, chief executive of HSBC Hong Kong, said, “315 Medical has been a client of HSBC Vietnam since its early days. 315 Medical offers premium medical services for maternity, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, cardiovascular and diabetes, and ophthalmology patients. It runs over 100 clinics nationwide, including in major cities such as Hanoi, Danang, Hue, Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, and other provinces. Nhi Dong 315 is a paediatric and maternity clinic chain, while Phu San 315 is an obstetrics and gynaecology clinic network.
