The deal brings a new powerhouse to the Asian healthcare market

VK Architects & Engineers is a multidisciplinary firm with an impressive track record for numerous hospital organisations in Europe and for several public welfare institutions, cities, and local authorities.

Archetype Group, one of Asia’s most prominent architecture and integrated engineering consultancies, has worked on more than 1,200 references and constructed more than 500 projects.

The joint venture, named VKA Healthcare, is an integrated team of international experts to deliver healthcare facilities and tailor-made projects. With a comprehensive network of reliable partners, they provide Asia-based healthcare clients with a wide range of services from infrastructure, master planning, and programming through architecture and interior design, structural engineering, and MEP engineering to project and cost management.

Through this exclusive collaboration, VKA Healthcare aims for an integrated approach in all its projects to readily address complex situations and realise innovative hospitals across the Asia-Pacific healthcare landscape, with a constant and enduring commitment to environmental issues and social responsibilities.

“This is the logical next step in VK’s ambition to be a knowledgeable partner for Asian hospital clients. Together, we want to shape the future of Asian healthcare,” said Paul Corbeel, CEO of VK Architects & Engineers.

“We are glad to have found a strong and experienced partner in healthcare solutions for our operations in this promising market, and we believe our local and international clients will benefit from the combined expertise and broad coverage that we will offer,” said Francois Magnier, chairman of Archetype Group.
