Coteccons teams up with local partners for The Emerald 68

The Emerald 68 is part of a network of luxury apartments under Le Phong Group's Emerald brand, which was developed following the launch of the Emerald Golf View apartments located next to the Song Be Golf Course.

Le Phong Group invests more than $86.9 million to build The Emerald Luxury Apartment Project 68 on an area of over 8.000sq.m, which includes roughly 800 units.
