The all new Angsana Lang Co in central Vietnam threw open its doors to the culinary wizard, who cooked up a storm for a gala event of 100 of the hotel’s guests, partners, friends and fans on April 2013.

As a curated and synchronised wine-paired dinner presented itself before our guests, the beachfront restaurant Moomba came alive as our star of the evening, Bobby himself, switched from stirring pots in the kitchen, to strumming and singing with guitar on stage bringing the house down with rock and roll and jazzy blues. It was a tremendous finale to a stunning evening, leaving all with a taste of what Angsana Lang Co has in store for visitors to Danang city.
