This platform aims to support Vietnamese students to study more effectively in the new normal in the wake of the pandemic.
AskNow is the first tutoring application developed in Vietnam, which enables students to connect with their tutors in just 20 seconds after posting questions.
“AskNow was launched in the context of the COVID-19 outbreak in the world and in Vietnam. Based on a community-oriented mindset, our team had quickly designed and developed the application, creating an online education platform to connect students with tutors nationwide and enable them to learn with affordable costs,” said the representative Unify developer team. “This is part of our efforts to introduce a new way of learning as well as to support students in remote areas to study with qualified tutors who mostly teach in urban centres.”
“AskNow is expected to become an education platform that changes the traditional way Vietnamese students learn. Instead of going to physical classes, which is time-consuming and costly, parents and students can study from home or anywhere with a smartphone at an affordable cost,” she added.

“It has been a while since I became an online tutor at AskNow. Thanks to this platform, I am able to manage my time and also get extra income. Moreover, I’m happy to be able to support more students in different areas across the country," said Nguyen Viet Hoan, a student of Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
“In line with AskNow’s mission, my teaching method is providing detailed guidance to encourage students to think and find solutions by themselves, instead of just giving them the answer instantly,” he added.
With a high-tech technology platform and the operational procedure designed to meet the actual need of parents and students, AskNow allows parents and students from grade 1 to 12 to ask questions with quality tutors anywhere, anytime, across official curriculum and preparation programmes for high school and university exams.
