ARINC to provide systems integration Noi Bai’s T2

The US’ ARINC Incorp. today announced that it had been awarded a contract to provide systems integration for the new Terminal 2 at Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport.

ARINC was selected as the subcontractor for this project by Taisei-Vinaconex Joint Venture (TVJV), which oversees the construction of the new terminal.

ARINC will be deploying its industry-leading CUPPS compliant  MUSETM workstations at T2, together with SelfServTM Common Use Self Service kiosks, VeriPax Passenger Reconciliation Services and Flight Information Displays to support the check-in applications of Noi Bai’s airlines with the latest passenger processing systems and technologies.

“Noi Bai International Airport is one of the largest airports in Vietnam.  In anticipation of its continued growth and economic development, we need passenger handling systems to be both robust and reliable,” said Yoshiaki Takimoto, spokesperson for TVJV. “We are confident of ARINC’s expertise and track record in passenger processing technologies and in fulfilling our requirements for operational efficiency at the new terminal.”
