Additionally, existing investors JB Financial Group and the Invention Lab made follow-on investments, reaffirming their strong confidence in OKXE.

OKXE has rapidly grown beyond just selling used motorcycles, evolving into an integrated platform that combines various mobility services, including offline retail stores, professional warranty services, and an official sales channel for VinFast electric motorcycles.

In particular, its AI-based pricing system and transparent transaction structure have led to high customer satisfaction in the Vietnamese market.

With this investment, OKXE plans to expand its large-scale "stations" (directly-managed stores) in key hubs such as Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. The company will also fully launch AI and data-driven maintenance services, as well as introduce new finance and insurance-linked models.

Furthermore, OKXE aims to expand into a comprehensive mobility commerce platform that covers the entire used two-wheeler market in Southeast Asia.

An OKXE representative stated, "The completion of our Series A is more than just securing capital; it's a testament to our business model's validation in the market. Moving forward, we will set a new standard in the mobility industry based on our enhanced technological capabilities and service competitiveness."

OKXE is a company that provides a premier experience for trading used motorcycles and for the overall rider lifestyle, operating through both an online platform and a network of directly-managed offline stores. First launched in Vietnam in 2019, the OKXE platform reached 8.2 million app downloads by 2024.

It boasts a network of over 2,130 partner dealerships and 1.57 million active users. Since late 2024, OKXE has expanded into the electric motorcycle sector through a partnership with Vingroup's VinFast.
