Starbucks Vietnam has signed a partnership agreement with Vietnamese startup TOQUA UrBox JSC to enhance customer service efficiency and optimise its digital transformation with the help of UrBox, a digital rewards and loyalty solution.

On October 5, Starbucks officially chose UrBox Platform to launch its E-gift card product with various utilities and incentives. In this new form, the business and customers will have more options of meaningful gifts using just one technology application with simple operation and safe security. Starbucks E-gift card on UrBox can be used to buy or send gifts to friends, relatives, and can be used for easy transactions at Starbucks stores nationwide.

UrBox is the first unit in Vietnam to cooperate with the international beverage brand Starbucks in providing customer service using high-tech solutions.
