With an ideal location on the 28th floor above the vibrant streets of Ho Chi Minh City within the luxurious Sedona Suites, The Straits Kitchen & Bar held its grand opening on August 28 as the city’s newest hotspot for exceptional dining and after-work drinks, where offers breathtaking panoramic views with sophisticated atmosphere.

The Straits offers a unique vantage point – both in flavour and scenery. As diners step into the restaurant, they are immediately greeted with sweeping views of Ho Chi Minh City’s skyline, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the space in warm light. The hotspot fuses traditional Singaporean flavours, crafting a menu that celebrates the cultural richness of the Malacca Straits. Complementing the cuisine, the bar offers a special drink selection, featuring expertly crafted cocktails and a curated range of fine wines and beers, perfectly paired to elevate every dining moment.

Main dishes will feature The Straits’ signature dishes, such as Char Kway Teow wok-fried flat noodles, Laksa slow-cooked noodle soup, and chicken curry served with roti prata, besides a wide range of Vietnamese and Western options
