The Matrix One has a spectacular view on the F1 race track and a premium living space next to a 14ha park in the centre of My Dinh

The “star” of the My Dinh area, The Matrix One (which was named Golden Palace A) is owned by Mai Linh Investment JSC and was developed by MIKGroup.

The project sprawls on an area of nearly 40 hectares, including a 44-storey building, a block of five-storey shophouses, and a block of detached villas and four-storey houses.

Located on a golden land plot in the administrative-commercial centre in the west of Hanoi, as well as surrounded by key roads like Me Tri, Chau Van Liem, Le Quang Dao, and Thang Long Boulevard, The Matrix One has received a great deal of attention.

Additionally, The Matrix One is an outstanding project surrounded by schools, hospital, and My Dinh National Stadium. Especially, residents of The Matrix One will have a direct view to the F1 racetrack, which is an exclusive experience besides the outstanding living standards.

According to a MIKGroup representative, the developer also brings some practical facilities to residents like an air purifier system to supply fresh air into each apartment and pure water filtration system.
