SHB wins international award for excellent service

Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) has received the Straight Through Processing (STP) Award 2012 from the Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon) for the third consecutive year.

The STP Award Program is organized annually to honour banks with international payment services higher than 95pct, based on STP standards.

Addressing the ceremony, Managing Director of BNY Mellon, Arnon Goldstein, said that SHB deserves the STP Award for its excellent international payment services. BNY Mellon is proud to have SHB as a great partner and hopes to have more chances to develop cooperation in international payment and commercial support with SHB in the coming time.

The prestigious award proves the operational accuracy by SHB operators in general, and its international payment officers in particular. Besides, the award recognizes SHB’s outstanding efforts in improving its service quality to an international-standard bank.

Additionally, SHB was recently presented the “Strong Vietnamese Brand” award for the sixth consecutive year, confirming its stable development and great reputation both at home and abroad.
