Building on the success of Eaton Park’s initial launch in May, which saw demand outstrip supply twofold, the second phase has surpassed expectations, with bookings reaching six times the available inventory. This overwhelming response reflects the growing appeal of Gamuda Land's visionary developments.

The event showcased the Alpine and Forest Towers and introduced attractive payment options designed for maximum flexibility. Among these policies, highlights include a deposit as low as 5 per cent to secure a purchase agreement and a four-year payment schedule, with only 30 per cent required in the first two years.

Additionally, partnerships with local banks provide loan packages covering up to 70 per cent of the property value, with a competitive 7 per cent annual interest rate and a two-year principal deferment. These policies are tailored to accommodate diverse financial needs while providing buyers with greater access to luxury real estate.

Eaton Park’s location in An Phu ward, Thu Duc city, along Mai Chi Tho boulevard, places it just 15 minutes from District 1. Spanning 3.7 hectares, the development will feature six towers ranging from 29 to 39 floors, offering 2,052 units. These include luxury apartments, duplexes, penthouses, retail outlets, and shophouses, with a total estimated gross development value of $1.1 billion.

The project’s design is equally noteworthy, with asymmetrical, interwoven towers blending seamlessly with the landscape. A low construction density of just 37 per cent ensures that over 60 per cent of the land is dedicated to green spaces and community amenities.

Eaton Park boasts over 100 exclusive amenities, including Vietnam’s first Ice-Sauna, a Cigar Lounge and Chill Bar, a Gourmet Kitchen, and an international-standard Pickleball court. It is also the country’s first residential project to include facilities tailored for content creators, such as soundproof recording studios, professional livestream spaces, and coworking areas equipped with advanced features.

Eaton Park has already received widespread recognition, securing six prestigious awards at the 2024 Vietnam Real Estate Awards, including "Best Lifestyle Condo Development" and "Best Luxury Condo Development (Ho Chi Minh City)."

Further underscoring its commitment to sustainability, all Eaton Park buildings have earned EDGE green building certifications from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), meeting international standards for environmental efficiency and sustainable design.
