Nimbus in Wyndham Soleil Danang lures 1,000 customers to Hanoi launch

Nimbus building in Wyndham Soleil Danang complex has been visited by more than 10,000 interested customers in the first month, with many celebrities choosing it for their second homes

On December 1, PPCAT officially organised the launching ceremony of the Nimbus building, which is part of the five-star Wyndham Soleil Danang, with the participation of approximately 1,000 investors, customers, and representatives of real estate distributors.

Nimbus is a 57-storey apartment building covering an area of 104,677 square metres with the height of 195 metres, offering 1,100 apartments. This building comes equipped with a swimming pool on the fourth floor and another pool on the 54^th floor, which is considered the most modern swimming pool in Danang. Besides, the complex also has a modern, extensive gym, a shopping centre, and other utilities.

The building will be a wonderful fit for a wide range of customers with its studio rooms (30-41sq.m), the single-bedroom Executive 1 (60-92sq.m) and the two-bedroom Excutive 2 (111-125sq.m).

Speaking at the launching ceremony in Hanoi, Nguyen Thi Minh Phuong, deputy general director of PPCAT, said, “Nimbus has successfully drawn the attention of the people of the central region. This can be seen in the fact that in the very first month since launch, 10,000 customers visited the project to see for themselves what life would be like in the model apartments. 70 per cent of these customers came from the central region, thus the group wants to bring it closer to customers in the north, particularly in Hanoi.”
