This is the first project in Vietnam with four outer sides as well as part of the interior covered in marble tiles imported from Spain, Italy, and Brazil. The skylight, with an impressive area of 400 square metres, overlooks the marble water fountain. The project has six super fast and super quiet elevators plated with gold, made by US company Otis. This is the first time a project in Vietnam uses $300,000 elevators that leave in the dust those used in 5-star hotels.
The giant skylight and the transparent gilded elevators are a highlight of the project |
With the 15-metre high domed ceiling, the lobby of the tower is comparable to any European king’s palace. The ceiling of the lobby is covered by a fresco painted by an Italian artist for six months.
There are nine types of apartments with 12 styles of interior décor, all of which provide dwellers with utmost comfort and the best conveniences. The furniture, including the leather sofas and beds, was handmade by Italian craftsmen and combines the best artistic features of North-Eastern Italy, close in proximity and style to France and Switzerland. Some apartments are equipped with tables, chairs and closets covered by crocodile skin imported from Italy.
The lavish furniture comes from Europe’s best luxury brands |
